Lymphatic care that fits a Miami Beach stay

Miami Beach has about 21,600 hotel rooms, roughly a third of Greater Miami's total, and plenty of people recovering from surgery or a long flight stay in one of them. Here's what we help with on the beach.

Post-op recovery in your room

Gentle drainage after lipo, a BBL or a tummy tuck, right where you're recovering. No car ride, and no sitting on a fresh graft.

Swelling after a flight into MIA

Swollen ankles and a puffy face after hours in the air? A full body session helps move the fluid that flying leaves behind.

Before a wedding or event

Book the day before for a lighter, less bloated feeling. It's light work, so there's no soreness the next day.

Prenatal comfort

Side-lying, gentle work for swollen legs and feet in the second and third trimesters, with your OB's OK.

Facials at our studio

Our Loly Facial with free facial lymphatic drainage is $99 for a limited time, about 25 to 30 minutes from South Beach in Coral Gables.

Coming to our Coral Gables studio from Miami Beach

Our studio is at 2 Aragon Avenue, Suite 9, Coral Gables, FL 33134, about 25 to 30 minutes from South Beach without traffic via the MacArthur Causeway, I-95 and US-1, and longer at rush hour. From Mid-Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway is usually quicker. There's public parking on and around Aragon Avenue. In the first days after surgery, a mobile visit is usually easier than the drive.

Miami Beach lymphatic massage FAQs

Do you come to my hotel or Airbnb in Miami Beach?

Yes. We do mobile visits to hotels, Airbnbs, condos and recovery houses across South Beach, Mid-Beach and North Beach. Book online, then text us your address and room number.

Can you start the day after my lipo or BBL?

If your surgeon clears you, yes. Many surgeons start lymphatic drainage within 24 to 48 hours, while others wait a few days. We follow your written post-op instructions.

How many sessions should I book before I fly home?

It depends on your surgeon's plan and how long you're staying. Many people book several sessions in their first one to two weeks, then continue with a therapist back home.

Do I need to wear my faja during the session?

You'll open or remove it for the session and put it right back on after. Your therapist can help.

Is lymphatic massage safe if I'm pregnant?

With your OB's OK, gentle side-lying lymphatic work is generally considered safe, and most therapists start after the first trimester. We never massage the belly during pregnancy.

What if something feels wrong during my recovery?

Call your surgeon for fever, spreading redness, a growing fluid pocket, or pain and swelling in one calf. Call 911 for chest pain or trouble breathing. Massage can't fix those, so we'll always ask you to get checked first.
